Dark Energy & Change of Mood

I have seen and experienced cases of sudden low mood without explanation.
One day you are fine, and suddenly, or even gradually, you begin to notice - to become aware - that your mood has become very low. This could include feelings of deep despair. A feeling like this could come on quite suddenly and you are drawn into it without even realising it’s happening. Suddenly you are in a deep space and wondering, how did this happen?
I have seen cases - and experienced this myself - where there is a depth, a darkness, which on some level you know does not belong to you, it is not really ‘you’.
The energy we know as excitement, love, laughter - all the higher vibration emotions - we know they exist. We may not feel them every day, but we could identify them, label them when we feel them.
But what of the opposite, on a scale of light (excitement, love, laughter), to dark - where do we fall in our every day mood ? And how does this level - this vibration - of mood affect us, our interactions, our productivity ? Our ability to achieve our goals, or even set them ?
Sometimes an inability to move forward due to a low mood, a dark mood, is not something that ‘belongs’ to us. I realised this myself, a ‘darkness’, or depth of mood, is not ‘meant’ to be ours. A blanket of black tar, that can inhibit our true personality from shining through. It is not meant to be ‘ours’.
In this case - the cause can sometimes be due to a dark energy, that we can remove, release. It may not always be the case, the cause of a depth of despair - as humans are complex - it is important to have advice of health professionals, psychological and any and all help that one is drawn to receiving. But in my experience, it would also be savy to also have your energy checked.
In your energy body, your energy field, it can be seen if there is a dark energy that can be removed.
And then, comes the work - there can be lifestyle changes that must be addressed, or wounds from the past that need work to release - in therapy or other. But I advocate for a << clean ‘energetic’ slate >> to work from - why make things harder for ourselves.
So if you observe within yourself any sudden - or out of character - changes in mood, perhaps felt as a deep dark depth of feeling, then I always think it is worth getting your energy checked.
