The Prism of Abundance: Health, Wealth & Happiness

In this exercise you can learn how to interpret the Energy of those things that are important to you. In observing the vibration of the object that you desire, you may tune into it and develop your resonance with it so that you may increase the possibilities of experiencing those objectives in your life.


Difficulty rating:- medium / hard (this means that you may need some meditation / visualisation experience before attempting this exercise).


Please note: if you find this exercise difficult, for example, if you feel blocked on all or any of the points raised, or if any difficult emotions arise in response to the exercise consider speaking with a trained therapist or counsellor, also consider an Energy Clearing Session to work on clearing these issues before moving forward.


Part 1:- Identifying Objectives.


With a paper and pen, take a moment to sit in a quiet space and write these three words on the paper: health, wealth and happiness. Next you will take each word in order and write down your immediate response to it. For example,


  1. Health : my body and mind are in balance

  2. Wealth : my income is stable and enough

  3. Happiness : I attract love and good times into my life every day


Once you have your list you may move on to part two of the exercise.


Part 2:- Observe and Create Pathways


With the list of three words and responses that you created in Part 1 of this exercise, come back to sitting and tune into your breath. Gently close your eyes.


In this part of the exercise you are going to visualise a prism and the refracted light that exits the prism. The objective here is to tune into each of the three items on your list, and observe the colour that represents each one, you can then write that colour next to the three items on you list.


For example when I did this exercise, here are the colours that instinctively came into my mind when I considered each item:


  1. Health : my body and mind are in balance = BLUE

  2. Wealth : my income is stable and enough = GOLD

  3. Happiness : I attract love and good times into my life every day = PINK / RED for love and YELLOW for joy.


So you can see here that I ended up with four colours. You may describe the colours however you like, imagining that they will fall somewhere on the spectrum of the rainbow of colour that we can see when a light refracts on passing through a prism.


Part 3:- Developing Resonance with your Objectives


In this part of the exercise you will take time to connect with and develop the pathways that you created in Part 2 above.


Again, come to a comfortable seated position, gently closing your eyes, and begin to deepen your breath.


You can choose if you want to focus on one out of your list of three objectives per session or work on all three in every session. Every time you complete this exercise you will develop your resonance with abundance.


Step 1:


Begin by bringing in to mind one item on your list, in my example, for the word Happiness one of my corresponding colours was Pink / Red, specifically for Love. At this point you can set your intention to develop your resonance with this item - in this example we are working with my third item: happiness, and for me this meant I attract love.


Step 2:


Next, bring into your mind the image of a prism and as you inhale you can a imagine drawing a single beam of white light into the prism and as you draw that single light source through the prism, you imagine seeing the light refracting out of the prism. As you continue to inhale you identify the colour that you have chosen to work with - for me this was Pink / Red. So I sit and imagine inhaling the colour Pink / Red into my thrid eye, the point between the brows. 


It may take a few attempts to connect with this part of the exercise so it is advised that you take some time here until you have begun to get used to the process and it becomes more familiar and natural to you.


Step 3:


As I exhale I imagine breathing the colour Pink / Red out and down from my third eye down towards my throat chakra and into my heart chakra - at which point the colour expands outwards to fill my entire body. On your next inhale repeat step 2 and continue this cycle of inhaling your chosen colour and exhaling and expanding this colour throughout your body.


Continue here for a few minutes, you may start with one minute and build up to three, or until this feels enough.


Next you can repeat the steps 1-3 above for another item on your list - for example, I could next focus on Wealth, and for me the corresponding colour was Gold.


Finally you can repeat the steps 1-3 above for the last item on your list - for me that was Health with a corresponding colour of Blue, so I can repeat the steps above for each of these objectives separately.


Once you have practiced this exercise a few times, it should become easier and quicker to resonate with the particular energetic vibration of the colour that represents your specific objective.


In this way you are developing and strengthening your Abundance Pathways more and more every time you practice.
