Heart Healing Exercise

In this simple exercise you can learn to ‘breathe’ through your heart, releasing past hurt and creating a new resonance with Love.
Step 1:-
Take a seat, somewhere quiet and comfortable - this could be out in nature or in a quiet space at home, Gently close your eyes and take a moment to focus on your breath. Feel the ground beneath you and notice how the weight of your body is supported.
Step 2:-
Bring your hands out in front of you - at heart centre level - and imagine holding a ball of green light between your hands. Stay here for a moment simply breathing whilst holding this imagined green glowing sphere.
Once you are comfortable in this visualisation, you are then going to bring your attention to your heart.
Then as you breathe in, imagine breathing in green light energy from the sphere, into the palm of your right hand, and as you continue to breathe in, you ‘inhale’ this green light energy up through your lower right arm, then the upper right arm, then right shoulder, and all the way into the right side of the heart.
As this green light energy reaches the heart in your body, pause for a moment, before you exhale.
As you exhale, imagine releasing energy from the left side of the heart, as you continue to exhale, release this energy out through left shoulder, down through upper left arm, lower left arm and down to the left hand, then to complete the exhale, release this energy back into the green ball of light between your hands.
On your next inhale, continue the cycle.
Summary:-
Breathe in: green light energy into right palm, up the right arm and across the chest into right side of heart.
Breathe out: exhale energy from the heart out through left side, into left shoulder and out and down through the left palm back to the ball of light energy you are holding.
Continue for a few minutes and practice every day for 10 days. You can start at 1 minute and work your way up to 3 minutes and then 10.
