If you feel Unsafe, Insecure or Panic, try this: Earth Breathing

Try this 3 minute visualisation and breathing exercise if you feel unsafe, insecure or panic:
Stand up, feet on the ground. Can be anywhere, but if you want to add the beneficial effects of ‘grounding’, stand barefoot on grass, soil, sand, earth, natural stone. It helps to close your eyes.
Breathing in:- imagine the earth’s core, imagine connecting with the light, the heat, the energy that is generated there. Now imagine as you breathe in, you are drawing that energy up from the earth core into you right foot. As you continue to breathe in this energy travels up the right leg , you may see or feel this as a deep red light , or it can appear anyway that comes to your mind. Continue breathing in as this energy travels up into the abdomen, right side, up to the shoulder , right side, up through the right side of the neck and into the mind, the brain. Imagine that energy washing through you brain from right to left.
Breathing out:- the energy is on left side of the brain now, as you breath out, imagine the energy is now travelling down , perhaps behind the left eye, down through left side of neck, left shoulder, left side of chest, abodomen, down theough left hip , left leg, and down out of the body out through left foot that is in contact with the ground, the earth. All the way back down to how you imagine the earth’s core to be.
Now you have formed a loop of energy connecting you deep down into the earth, you can continue this practice for 3 minutes, breathing in earth energy up through right foot , all the way up to the brain, and down through left side, out through left foot, continue.
If you are instinctively drawn to reverse the practice, from in inhaling left to exhaling right, go ahead and see how it feels in the opposite direction. Perhaps one or the other feels more natural to you.
